Extensive upgrade and modernisation of The Forum’s customer toilets and installation of a high-specification Changing Places Toilet.
This project to deliver a full modernisation of the male, female and accessible toilets plus a new family room and a Changing Places Toilet was delivered to budget with minimal disruption in a very busy, public building in the centre of Norwich. The building work took place across two flagship festivals for The Forum, and the Ovamill team ensured that these high footfall events were not impacted by the ongoing upgrades.
The new improved facilities were funded by The Forum Trust Limited with an additional government grant to install a Changing Places Toilet to very specific accessibility requirements.
