Construction of a brand new Costa Coffee outlet on an established retails park in Norwich.
The project to deliver this new retail outlet was completed on time and on budget for a very exacting client on a very visible site, bordered by Salhouse Road and Mousehold Lane.
Works included the provision of utilities to the unit, a steel framed building clad and rendered, formation of drive-thru access, outside seating area and hard and soft landscaping to areas that were initially removed for the works to take place.
