Built on an existing and very busy retail park in Lowestoft, this Burger King drive-thru unit totalled a gross indoor floor area of 2750 square feet.
With the previous unit occupying the site needing to be removed, the project encompassed all aspects of a new build plus on a very space constrained site.
The finished construction is a steel frame clad in a combination of cavity walling and profiled steel cladding. Also associated with the works were seating areas, paving, car parking, drainage and landscaping.
